No Till Seed Drills - the District has three drills. They rent for $6.50 per acre plus a $10.00 service charge.  A $75 minimum charge applies.  Two drills are located at the home office* and the third at Darrel Calton's (417 589-2892) at Morgan.  We try to honor landowners requests, but due to the weather, breakdowns, and other unforeseen problems we can't guarantee the drill will be available on a certain date.  Call at least two weeks in advance of the time you need it.  (Contact the office or Darrel to reserve.)  

 Waste Lagoon Pumping - the District has the equipment necessary to pump waste lagoons by distributing the nutrients on selected fields by means of pipe, hose, and a traveling gun.  For service and rates, contact Lance Adamson at 417.924.7104 or 417.733.3199.  Let Lance know well in advance of when you think you will need your lagoon pumped, so he can try to get to it  in a timely manner.  Overfilled lagoons, weather, and breakdowns are of major concern. 

Tank Wagon - the liquid manure vacuum wagon holds approximately 2250 gallons.  It rents for a $10 service charge and $50 / half day or $100 / day.  (Contact Lance Adamson to reserve.)

Spinning Jenny - a $25 deposit is required to borrow the spinning jenny to string high tensile electric wire.  The deposit is returned upon the return of the jenny.  (Contact the office to reserve.)
